Job Title : Zonal Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the zone
  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior

  • Train and develop the sales team to improve their performance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
