Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional sales plans, quotas, and budgets aligned with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales representatives and district managers.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales statistics, monitor regional performance metrics, and initiate corrective actions.
