Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute corporate strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Support executive leadership in developing and implementing corporate policies, governance frameworks, and business strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving finance, operations, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
- Monitor organizational performance by analyzing key business metrics and preparing executive reports and presentations.
- Drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with regulatory, legal, and quality teams to support compliance with applicable medical device regulations and quality management systems.
- Manage corporate planning activities, including annual operating plans, strategic reviews, and business performance assessments.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to support business continuity.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships through financial and operational due diligence.
- Coordinate corporate communications and facilitate effective collaboration across departments and business units.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for executive management and the Board of Directors.
- Oversee implementation of corporate policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and organizational change initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Manage corporate contracts, vendor relationships, and strategic service agreements in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.
- Lead organizational transformation, digitalization, and process automation initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting for corporate governance, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Represent the company during meetings with regulatory authorities, business partners, auditors, and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
- Mentor and develop management staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support executive leadership in decision-making through financial, operational, and market analysis.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Typically 8–12+ years of progressive experience in corporate management, operations, strategy, or business administration, preferably within the medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale business initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
